David Brown Sr. is the Youth Pastor and Master Trainer of New Ark of the Covenant Church. In his dual role, he is responsible for overseeing the ministries, supervising instructional programs, and managing policies and procedures of the youth department called New Ark Youth Ministry (N.A.Y.M.). David also equips N.A.Y.M members with the knowledge needed to declare, communicate, and demonstrate Biblical principles.

Prior to joining New Ark of the Covenant, David held several leadership positions under the tutelage of Bishop J.W. Jones in Indianapolis, New Day Pentecostal Church. While there, he served as  outreach minister. He also provided liturgical, advisory, and protocol support for Bishop Jones.

David believes that he was purposed and prepared to break barriers and to build bridges across racial, denominational, and educational boundaries. He earned a Bachelors degree of Arts from DeVry University, and is currently enrolled at Bethel Seminary (M.Div.).  David, his wife Jessica, and son David Brown Jr. reside in San Diego.
